Ahoy mate! How can we fuel the transition to water wise neighbourhoods? That is the core topic of the brand new Interreg North Sea project ANCHOR. It is hosting its hybrid kick-off conference on Monday December 11th in De Kazematten in Ghent, Belgium Why should you join ANCHOR kicks off?
ANCHOR employs a unique existing EU demonstration network, which will be expanded with new pilots. The project network consists of 6 locations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. Each demo uses source separation technology that allows for separate collection and treatment of waste water from households: greywater (sink, shower and washing machine water), and blackwater (toilet water). The project will dive into the impact of such systems on the recovery of water, energy and nutrients. It will also tap into the impact on the spread of micropollutants and pathogens, addressing social, technical and analytical questions. The partnership is proud to invite you to the kick-off conference of the Interreg North Sea project ANCHOR. |
